Fantastic price, quick and effective service.

I had my doubts about this company at first since I hadn't bought anything from them previously, but the whole process was handled really well, and I'm definitely gonna order more stuff! 👍

I placed an order for cream, thinking it would show up around the 8th or 9th of January, but it actually came on the 23rd of December, which was a nice surprise. The website is super easy to use and really efficient. Gotta give it top marks, especially during this busy season. Cheers, Mary Howli

The item showed up in 6 business days and everything was just fine. The cost for the product was also pretty reasonable. I've been using the Lanza serum for several months now, so I already have faith in it.

Service was really lacking. I placed my order on July 11, and whenever I looked at the tracking, it was the same old message. I shot off a bunch of emails, and then this morning, I got a refund outta nowhere along with a brief email mentioning some issues with shipping to the UK. I'm super disappointed and feel like it was a total waste of time. I definitely wouldn't suggest this to anyone.

I absolutely adore Swedishface! For a few years now, I've been getting a specific fragrance from the UK. Last year, I discovered Swedishface and I can't say enough good things about them. My fragrance is way more affordable and it gets to me super fast and in great condition. I've told everyone about them. Thanks a bunch!

Awesome price, the lowest I stumbled upon for such a fantastic fragrance. I'm a bit LoFi, but since it's a birthday gift, I prefer to get something that's not your typical 'everyday' item! Tom Ford is top-notch, and Tobacco Vanille has this incredible warm aroma; just a couple of spritzes will stick around all day... I've encountered some knock-offs before, but this one is the real deal. Plus, TF's packaging is impeccable! 😍

I’m really pleased with what I bought and the help I got. I stumbled upon swedishface.co.uk while hunting for a perfume that’s hard to find in regular stores these days. The only other options I had were some sketchy websites, including this one. Even though some reviews weren’t too glowing, it seemed like the best choice out of what I had. So, I went ahead and placed my order, albeit a bit hesitantly.
The package was sent out super fast, the very next day. There was a hiccup after I ordered, but a quick email to their support team sorted it out in just a couple of hours. It took around a week to reach me in Ireland, especially during the St. Valentine’s rush. Honestly, I’ve got no complaints and was pleasantly surprised by the service.

The tracking links they provided are useless, and there's no chat support on their site. This is my first time ordering from them, and I'm so let down that I'm starting to question if they're legit or if I've just thrown my money away.

Everything was alright. I would’ve rated you 5 stars if I hadn’t received a Trustpilot email asking about my experience before the items even got here! You might wanna keep that in mind moving forward.
